We analyze many parameters: location, the city's tourist appeal, the operator's historical performance, growth potential following investments, potential risk... Only projects with a target return above 12% are selected.

What are the management fees?

We take no management fees at all. That's what sets ONA Invest apart. Our only compensation comes, just like yours, from the profits we earn operating the hotel. Our interests are therefore 100% aligned with yours: if you lose, we lose even more; if you win, we win too.

Can I resell my shares at any time?

Yes, through our internal secondary market. While hotel investment is recommended as a long-term commitment, you can offer your shares for sale to other members of the ONA Invest community.
